1. Company Information

Ananta Motors Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 226 Charlton Road, Harrow HA3 9HJ. All vehicle sales are conducted in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Vehicle Listings

All vehicle descriptions, photographs, and specifications on this website are provided in good faith and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication. However:

• Colours may vary slightly from photographs due to screen settings
• Specifications should be verified at the point of sale
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Vehicle availability is subject to prior sale

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3. Vehicle Purchases

A vehicle purchase is not complete until:

• A purchase agreement has been signed by both parties
• Full payment or approved finance has been confirmed
• All required documentation has been completed

A holding deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposit terms will be clearly explained before payment.

4. Finance

Finance is subject to status and is provided by FCA-regulated third-party lenders. Ananta Motors Ltd acts as a credit broker, not a lender. We may receive commission from lenders, which does not affect the amount you pay. You are under no obligation to accept any finance offer.

5. Part Exchange

Part-exchange valuations are provided based on the information supplied and are subject to physical inspection. The final valuation may differ from any initial online estimate if the vehicle's condition differs from what was described.

6. Warranty

All vehicles come with a minimum 3-month warranty covering major mechanical and electrical components. Extended warranty options are available at the point of sale. Warranty terms and exclusions will be provided in writing before purchase.

7. Returns & Cancellations

For distance sales (where you have not visited our showroom), you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, with no more than reasonable mileage for inspection purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Whilst we take every care to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, Ananta Motors Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
