Delivery & Collection
We offer flexible delivery and collection options to make your purchase as convenient as possible.
1. Collection from Our Showroom
You are welcome to collect your vehicle from our Harrow showroom. We'll arrange a handover appointment at a time that suits you, during which we'll:
- Walk you through all vehicle features and controls
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Provide all keys, documents, service history, and HPI certificate
- Ensure the vehicle is fully valeted and fuelled
Free parking is available for the duration of your handover appointment.
2. UK Mainland Delivery
We offer fully insured, enclosed transport delivery across the UK mainland:

All deliveries are fully insured and carried out by professional vehicle transport companies. Delivery charges are provided as a guide and may vary based on exact location.
3. Delivery Process
- Once your purchase is confirmed and payment cleared, we'll arrange a delivery date
- You'll receive tracking information and an estimated delivery window
- A driver will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm timing
- Upon delivery, you'll be asked to inspect the vehicle and sign a delivery receipt
- If you spot any issues, note them on the delivery receipt immediately
4. Distance Selling Regulations
If you purchase a vehicle without visiting our showroom (distance sale), you are protected by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery
- To cancel, notify us in writing within 14 days
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition, with no more than 100 miles added for inspection
- We will arrange collection at our expense
- A full refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned vehicle
5. Part-Exchange Collection
If you're part-exchanging a vehicle, we can arrange collection at the same time as delivery of your new car. Your part-exchange vehicle will be inspected on collection, and the agreed valuation is subject to the vehicle's condition matching the information provided.
